Preparation

  1. The minced meat is salted, peppered and fried in a frying pan with chopped onion.
  2. When the minced meat turns light, add the herbs and stir.
  3. To fill, combine egg, white, salt, pepper and flour.
  4. The resulting mixture is poured into the minced meat and kneaded.
  5. Pour oil into the frying pan and place the prepared mixture.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes under the lid.
  7. Then they quickly sprinkle cheese on the pie in a frying pan, bring it until it melts and turn it off.


Canned fish pie in a frying pan - a great option for a quick, hearty snack. Any canned food is suitable for the filling - saury, sardines, salmon. You can use them instead boiled fish. But with canned food, the taste of the finished product is more piquant. If desired, the filling can be sprinkled with grated cheese, which will then melt, making the pie even tastier.

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • soda - ½ teaspoon.

For filling:

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • canned fish - 1 can;
  • greenery.

Preparation

  1. To make the filling, canned fish is kneaded, mixed with chopped eggs, herbs and stirred well.
  2. To make the dough, kefir is mixed with flour, an egg and soda are added and stirred until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased frying pan and place the filling on top.
  4. Cook covered for about 30 minutes over low heat.
